Our 25,000 square foot auction office building includes two stories of office space with a large, sky-lit open atrium that overlooks the second floor and lobby. The office building was designed to accommodate enough space for future growth. The second floor currently contains a systems room and a training conference center.

GQCAA’s restaurant serves buffet-style home cooking. A luncheonette is located between lanes four and five offering in-lane short order food for our dealers’ convenience.

GQCAA’s auction lanes...

have heated floors in addition to traditional heating. Each auction lane contains an in-floor exhaust removal system that removes the fumes from vehicles while they run inside the building.
Also in the lanes between four and five a rest room for our customer’s convenience. Just outside GQCAA’s auction lanes is a 10 foot overhang to protect our customers during inclement weather.
