ARBITRATION HOURS: Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm

ARBITRATIONS AND PSI REPORTS MUST BE REQUESTED BY 2PM ON SALE DAY

Post Sale Inspection charges will be posted regardless of the inspection outcome or IF status. All PSI reports must still be requested before 2pm on sale day regardless of the IF status.

You must register prior to GSA Fleet Vehicle Sale. You may bid online or in person.
Arbitration Policies
Arbitration Hours: Sale Day 10am-2pm

· GQCAA Arbitrator will inspect only the defect that the Buyer states to GQCAA’s Arbitration Clerk.

· Vehicles marked PAID are no longer arbitrational for mechanical defects even during arbitration hours.

· The Seller/Auction shall not be liable for any vehicle sale or repairs made by the buyer before the title is received by the buyer.

· Seller has 21 calendar days from date of sale to give a title for sold unit to GQCAA. Buyer may return vehicle for NO TITLE on the 22nd calendar day from the date of the sale, unless seller announces title may take longer at time of sale.

· The Auction will not arbitrate vehicles based on any unintentional errors or omissions of any promotional information related to the vehicle, walk-around handouts, catalogs, vehicle markings, or vehicle listings as they are for the convenience of the Buyer and are not to be relied upon as accurate or complete.

· Arbitrations at GQCAA are binding and final for both the Buyer and Seller.

· GQCAA uses the NAAA Arbitration Policy as a guide for the GQCAA Arbitration Policy.

· GQCAA reserves the right to review any audio/video documentation to verify the accuracy of a sale.

· GQCAA will determine repair costs and will reflect GQCAA’s cost to repair.

· Once a Buyer/Seller has agreed to a price adjustment the vehicle becomes “AS-IS” and is not subject to any further mechanical arbitration.

· GQCAA reserves the right to update or modify arbitration rules at any time without prior notice.

· GQCAA reserves the right to REJECT any vehicle that the Arbitrator judges to be unsafe to drive for inspection.

· GQCAA reserves the right to REJECT any vehicle that the Arbitrator is unable to start or keep running for an inspection.

· AS-IS vehicles selling for $3,000 or less in both online or in-lane sales are not subject to Arbitration for frame damage.

· HIDDEN FRAME DAMAGE must be reported to GQCAA within 7 calendar days of sale.
